Notifying Utility companies we find very time consuming, due to the volume of properties we let/check-out per month. Sending letters/faxes will not always guarantee the right results, and accounts are not always updated. This results in landlords/tenants receiving incorrect billing information, which is then passed back to us to rectify. Since using iammoving we have saved a considerable amount of time, and we have cut the amount of incorrect bills received. The tool is very easy and straightforward to use, and we would certainly recommend this product to further Letting Agents. |

Even though I have been using iammoving.com for agents only for a month I can already say that it's a brilliant service. Being able to inform all suppliers by means of just one e-mail saves me a lot of time (and paper!). What I find particularly useful is that the utility companies inform you if they are not the supplier and that every time you send an e-mail you receive a confirmation which you can then file with the tenant's records. I also like the clear layout of the website and how easy it is to use. All in all, I would recommend iammoving.com to any fellow agent without hesitation. |

We have only been using your site for a short time and have found it extremely easy - the software is fantastic. It's quick, efficient and straight forward. This will become a huge time saver and waste less paper. I have also found that there are less queries with accounts in that we do not get unnecessary bills for gas and electricity suppliers because they have not received our paperwork. If time is money then I have saved both. Utility Transfers are one of the most time consuming factors and one of the least profitable and so in using Utilitell I have more time to concentrate on those things that actually make money. I also save on items like postage and stationary, so there is a direct correlation to our bottom line improvement from the start, not to mention the annoyance of having to sit on the phone for hours listening to Greensleeves. |
