  1. How do I register?

    It is very simple, just click on the sign-up now button and you will see a page asking you to fill in your personal and agency office details including a username and password.

    You will not be able to use the service until we have activated your account.
  1. How long will it take to activate my account?

    We aim to review and approve registrations within 24 hours.

    We will send you an email once your account has been activated which means you can start using the service.
  1. How does the service work?

    Once registered and logged in, you will need to first enter your property details.

    The service first requires you to enter landlord details (your client) and then each property under each landlord. By entering landlord details, this allows you to temporarily put the utility bills in the landlord's name which was a request we received from agents such as yourselves during our market research. Once the properties are entered, you only need to select the property (or search by landlord) and select the utility providers that require notification of the tenancy change.

    Please note that the local councils will be automatically pre-selected based on the post-code of the property so this makes it more efficient for you to notify these as it eliminates the guess work and saves time.
  1. What if a landlord has more than one property?

    Our service allows you to manage tenancy changes by properties or by landlord's properties.

    You can add multiple properties to landlords entered.
  1. What is Pre-selection?

    Pre-selection is technology used by our site to automatically select the local council for the property entered. You simply have to put the correct postcode and a screen will pop-up with the council to notify.
